2. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

How to Enter: To enter See Alt Albion for FREE and earn yourself a chance to win a pair of Air NZ economy return tickets all you have to do is to respond to this post, or any of the other posts on Alt Albion, with your expression of what Alt Albion is all about (see www.altalbion.co.nz) . You could also link to photos, videos or any other body of work in response to posts on the site.
Entry is open to NZ residents only; you must have a valid passport and be visa cleared to enter the United Kingdom at time of entry
5. Air New Zealand and Visit Britain (the “Promoter”), its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
6. Promotion commences 6th March and and closes 31st March 2009 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry. The prize is a pair of return economy tickets to the UK departing Auckland NZ . NO other costs of travel including but not limited to airport taxes, transfers, parking, food and accommodation are included
7. One winner will be judged from all valid submissions. The winner will be the entry that in the opinion of our panel of judges best describes the spirit of Alt Albion.
8. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by e-mail at the e-mail address from which the winning response entry is posted. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner then the prize is forfeited and our panel will reconvene to select a new winning entrant. The panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winning entry will win the prize of return economy airfares travelling Air New Zealand to London for two adults. The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in this clause 9), including but not limited to transport, meal costs, spending money, visas, insurance and all other incidentals. If the prize winner lives outside of Auckland return flights will be provided from the winner’s hometown.
10. Prize must be taken by 31 August 2009 and is subject to booking and flight availability.
11. The prize cannot be converted into cash, but the prize is transferable to another person who will be transported from the same region as the original winner upon consultation with the Promoter.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
14. All prize travel will be subject to Air New Zealand’s General Terms and Conditions of carriage, to view visit www.airnz.co.nz/general_tc.htm. Airpoints™ cannot be accrued on prize air travel.
15. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.
16. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
17. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
